  • The effectiveness of a program depends on much more than just sets, reps, exercises. Often there are 2 major factors that determine the successfulness of a training cycle

    1. Does the program that is used, and it’s structure fit your goals?

    2. Is the program consistently executed?

    So, for starters, the program needs to be tailored towards your goals. Want to get a bigger squat? Squat. Want to build more muscle? Follow a hypertrophy program. Want a faster 100m sprint? Find a program that supports running. Although there is and can be overlap in all of these. This is not always true in every situation. So make sure, that the program you’re following will actually get you closer to your goals!

    Now all there’s left for you to do, is be consistent in your execution! Because regardless of program quality and or fanciness. No program will ever lead to good results if executed inconsistently.
