Fitness coaching is available both in-person at Kracht Amsterdam or fully online.

Life is stressful & we want to optimize energy for training AND life. That’s why we’ll monitor workload & recovery including:

  • Sleep and stress management strategies

  • Support to help you train hard and stay healthy

Nutritional support:
Proper eating is though, especially with everything that’s going on. So it’s key to get nutrition support that is practical(!) and matches your goals and energy needs:

  • Guidance on calories and macronutrients

  • Help with healthy food habits and supplement advice if needed

If you're newer to lifting, we'll begin with an initial consultation and a few in-person sessions to build confidence, refine your technique, and ensure you're set up to train safely and effectively on your own.

If you're already an experienced lifter, we'll kick things off with a detailed consultation and dive straight into personalized programming, with the option for technical check-ins whenever needed.

All in-person personal training is currently done out of Kracht Amsterdam, at the Houthavens in Amsterdam.
