What's the difference between this and my box's programming?
Your box's programming is designed for a group with varying abilities. My coaching is 1-on-1 and tailored to your specific goals, weaknesses, and competition schedule.
Can I still do my box's classes?
Yes! Many athletes combine my personalized programming with their box's community. We can integrate box WODs into your plan or program around them.
Do I need specific equipment?
For online coaching, I design programs based on what you have access to whether that's a full CrossFit gym, garage gym, or minimal equipment. However, standard competition equiptment is required for competition training
How often do we communicate?
Online coaching includes a monthly video call, plus ongoing messaging for questions. In-person clients get real-time feedback during sessions.
What if I can't train on a scheduled day?
Your program is flexible. If life happens, we adjust. That's the benefit of personalized coaching vs. following a rigid template.
