Online performance coaching

Online coaching is a great tool for those looking to step up their game. If you are looking for a tailored approach to training, specifically built to work on your weaknesses or the physical demands of your specific sport or position, but you don’t need someone to look over you while training. Then the online coaching option might be perfect for you!

The online coaching option takes away all the worries of creating a structured and well-designed training program for yourself. And allows you to focus all your energy on just putting in the work, while training at your own gym and on your own times.

The structure of the online performance coaching process differs depending on the needs of each individual but will all include:

  • Initial in-take & goal setting session
    In which we discover your true goals and ambitions and craft a plan to reach those by setting measurable targets and creating a timeline. During this session, we will discuss things like training history and experience, as well as lifestyle and nutrition habits to identify all possibilities for optimizing the results of the upcoming training period.

  • Program discussion session
    Based on set goals and timelines, you will receive a customized training plan for a number of weeks (training block) to help you achieve the set goals. You will also receive a number of tests that will help you to gauge your progress

  • (Optionally) Mid-training review sessions

    During this session, we discuss how training is going and if adaptations need to be made either in the training program or w.r.t. lifestyle factors. This will allow us to make minor tweaks and make sure we stay on the optimal track to achieve the set goals.

  • Review session
    In this session, we will look back at the training block, discuss the achieved results and possibly look ahead towards the upcoming training period

  • (Optionally) Re-alignment sessions

    During this session, we essentially start from the top again by setting new goals and timelines for the upcoming training block. We will take the learnings from the previous block(s) and integrate those into our new plan.
